1. Appointment Bookings
- Doctor/Clinic Cancellations:
If the doctor, hospital, or clinic cancels or reschedules your appointment, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount paid online.
- User Cancellations:
If you cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued.
- No-Show Policy:
If you fail to attend the appointment without prior cancellation, the amount paid will be non-refundable.
They also collect non-personal / technical information automatically, such as usage data, device info, IP address, etc., to help with service functioning and improvement.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of delays caused by banks or payment gateways, JustOPD.com will not be held responsible, but we will assist in resolving the issue.
